VARIABLE SPEED MOTOR

An alternative to variable speed pumps is to make an existing single speed pump into a variable speed pump by simply changing out the motor with a variable speed. 

Using this strategy, adding a variable speed motor to a purchased pumping section "wet-end" does the same thing. Obviously, you have to do the labor of assembly and know what to buy, The energy savings are the same and usually less money. 

Variable speed replacement motors have been used for many years and are saving pool owners thousands of dollars.
